Sherry Foster is the Practice Manager of Foster Veterinary Services and she is also married to Dr. Foster. Sherry graduated from the University of Guelph with a Hon. Bachelor of Science degree with a speciality in Biomedical Toxicology. In her spare time Sherry enjoys horseback riding, reading, gardening and golfing.
Laurie O’Connor has worked for Foster Veterinary Services for the past 8 years. She is not only the Receptionist, she is responsible for the safe transport of our animal patients to and from surgery. Laurie lives in Flamborough with her husband John, their three children, Tanya, JB and Randy, their 2 dogs, Cooper and Casey and 2 cats, Tigger and Callie.
Melanie Thompson lives in the Flamborough area with her family and many pets of her own. Melanie not only assists with reception duties at Foster Veterinary but on many occasions works along side Dr. Foster in assisting him with the many patients he sees as part of our housecall practice. Melanie also looks after the practice family animals which includes dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs, birds and even a tank full of fish. Melanie is our girl "Friday". Melanie will be attending the University of Guelph in September where she has her sights set on a career in veterinary medicine. In her spare time Melanie enjoys horseback riding, playing the piano, baseball and reading (Ted Dekker is her favorite).
